I'll depend on you

We're all seriously worried about Marie.

She hasn't answered our calls, Ally drove over there and all the lights were out, no one home, no note. Just up and left. Kiko, the only one thinking correctly during the summer, told us it must have been some sort of family emergency and they had to dash out quickly. I told her that she would have called us or something. Kiko says she's not worried yet.

But she is.

This isn't the first time this has happened. Marie "forgotten" to tell us something before. I'm not panicky-worried, but I would like to hear from her. Marie isn't the exact form of socialness. She keeps to herself and it takes quite a lot of familiarity to come out of her shell. We're a pretty tight group, but Ally is probably the best one at making her feel comfortable.

Ally, tall, dark skinned, and beautiful, is less concerned with looks than studying. Sometimes she doesn't brush her hair and hse never puts on make-up. Actually, Marie is the only one of the four that DOES put on make-up almost everyday. Except for dances and important events and crap, I don't really ever. Ally, apparently LIKES to be stressed and overly-imputs on her school work, spending more time on one homework assignment than I put on all assignments.

And of course there is Kiko, short and somewhat light skinned, but with magnificent legs and hair, is concerned with schoolwork as well, but will do it quickly, but no less effectively. Now that is it summer, Kiko will sometimes read to fill her empty days and will search the internet for language websites, but that's pretty much the extent. Ally, on the other hand, will do math worksheet she bugged her teachers for for weeks in advance.

I will probably brush up on my languages with a conversation here and there and will read everything in my path for fun.

Marie will read a bit, but that's all. She'd diligent, but what she doesn't have to do, she doesn't do. Marie is a different kind of cat.

I'll try Marie's mom's cell phone again. Maybe they're just in vacation.
